Order Processing

Orders fulfilled by The Vitamin Pop Up (TVPU)  will typically be processed for shipment within 1-2 days from the time of order confirmation.

*TVPU fulfilled items that receive customization and require application of vinyl adhesive will process within 2-5 days from the time of order confirmation.

For orders that include print-on-demand items, please allow 2-7 business days for production before the order ships by POD vendor. 

In general, order processing times may vary for reasons that can include holiday demand, peak seasons and/or other factors.  

Shipping Time 

For orders fulfilled by The Vitamin Pop Up, from the time order is processed please anticipate a shipment time of 2 to 5 days.  NOTE: Shipment times are an estimate and could be extended due to weather impacts, seasonal demand or other factors.

For orders that include print-on-demand items, shipping options include Economy and Standard Shipping. 

Economy Shipping:  After production, please allow an additional 4-8 business days for delivery within the US.

Standard Shipping:  After production, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery within the US.

In general, shipping times may vary for reasons that can include holiday demand, peak seasons or other factors.  

At this time, shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. 

Shipping Fees

For orders fulfilled by The Vitamin Pop Up, a flat rate of $5.95 is charged for most orders shipped within the USA

Factors that may adjust shipping rate will be determined at the time of checkout. 

*For print-on-demand items, shipping rates will vary depending on the items in the cart and be displayed at the time of checkout.  

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped from our processing site, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with shipping details and carrier tracking information. 

NOTE: Please review the shipping address provided before submitting an order as we cannot be responsible for orders that ship incorrectly due to an address error.
