Refund policy
The Vitamin Pop Up values customer satisfaction. If a return is desired we got you. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after the delivery of your order to request a return for a refund.Â
Nutritional Supplements
To be eligible for a return on nutritional supplement products, the item(s) must be unopened with product seals intact and in the original packaging.Â
Bottles, Tumblers and other non supplement items
Non-supplement items, including bottles, tumblers, etc. must be returned in the same condition as received.Â
*At this time, we do not offer returns on customized products or print-on demand products. If there is damage or the wrong item(s) has been received please refer to our "Damages and issues" section below for information.Â
In general, all return shipping and associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.Â
To start a return, please contact us at contact@vitaminpopup.com and provide your full name, the order number and reason for the return.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@vitaminpopup.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift card purchases or opened items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@vitaminpopup.com.
NOTE: If your product was purchased through another vendor website, please refer to the return process set by that vendor.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity please review the ingredient list on the back of each product to ensure that it can be safely consumed.Â
